Step 1: Confirm Your Eligibility

• Your brokerage must already be a CHS MLS Participant.

Step 2: Complete the CHS MLS Online Intro Course

A critical step in how to join CHS MLS is taking the online course. Here’s what to do:

1. Go to chsmls.com and find the Join CHS MLS page.

2. Find the Salesperson Join information and click to Begin the Course.

Once you’ve completed the course, our team will receive a notification and we’ll email you with your CHS MLS user ID, training information, and more. 

Step 4: Activate Your CHS MLS Login

After joining, you’ll receive ID via email and a separate email from our security provider with a link to set your own password. You’ll then:

• Click the link from our security provider to set your own password and login. Pro tip: If you login on a desktop before logging into the app, you will have an easier time setting your own password.

Do I have to join CHS MLS if I’m already with CTAR? CHS MLS and CTAR are separate entities. MLS access requires its own membership process, so if you do need MLS access, yes, you would need to join CHS MLS separately.

Can assistants join CHS MLS? Yes—licensed and unlicensed assistants can get MLS access with MLS Participant approval.
