CRS Data: Mortgage Search Options
CRS Data, our tax records vendor, has recently added new search functionality around mortgage types. Directly in CRS, you can now search for assumable mortgages as well as a variety of other mortgage specifics.
Even though rates are rising - you can still access valuable data that may help your clients move forward to the next step in their home ownership journey.
With CRS Data:
• Use their Tax Suite Prospecting tool to find a shortlist of homes that may carry a lower-rate FHA or VA loan, giving priced-out buyers a real path forward
• There is no extra cost - it is already included in your CHS MLS membership
• use your expertise to find your clients options they didn’t know existed
While you may be used to viewing tax records via a listing within Flexmls, you can also jump right into CRS Data from your MLS Launchpad.
Then, click on the Prospecting Tab
Then, while on the Prospecting tab, navigate your regular search criteria items, and find the "Loan Type" field. Click into the field, and the long list of options will populate.
