This form is for salespersons who would like to transfer their MLS membership to a new office. Please ensure you've updated your license with LLR first. This form is not for changes with a BIC membership

Fine Appeal Form

Use this document to submit an appeal on an MLS fine you've received. It will be evaluated by the MLS Appeals Committee.

Office Exclusive Form 

Use this form for a seller who does not want their home publicly marketed or in MLS at all, to comply with MLS 8.0. Always check with your BIC. Submit to Support@CHSMLS.com

CHS SCPCDS Notice Form

This form may be used to upload to your listing if your seller is legally exempt from the SCPCDS. Consult BIC/Legal counsel regarding the SCPCDS.

Coming Soon-No Showings Form

Should your brokerage allow use of this status, this form may be used as your required permission from seller for use of the status. Retain for your own records.

MLS of Choice Waiver

the MLS Participant is billed quarterly for all associated licensees of a member office. If there are licensees in your office who utilize an MLS elsewhere, and do not need CHS MLS access, they may qualify for waiver status.
