FOR REALTORS® or BROKERS SEEKING MLS ACCESS
Your broker-in-charge must already be an MLS participant for you to apply for access to CHS MLS.
Step 1: Complete the Welcome to the MLS class
This class will give you the tools to search and input listings in the MLS system. All agents/assistants/appraisers are required to take this class before using the MLS. We recommend taking the class in one sitting (about an hour) and not exiting your browser. Once complete, you'll be contacted by our membership specialist with your access credentials within 24 business hours.

Step 2: Complete the SentriLock Class to obtain SentriKey app access (if applicable)
If you will be using a lockbox, this class will teach you how to use the Sentrilock Lockbox system. The SentriKey app will allow agents to list and show property using the Sentrilock Lockbox System. After you complete the online course, you'll be contacted by our membership specialist to digitally sign the Salesperson SentriLock Access Agreement and pay a $75 onboarding fee. These steps must be completed within 30 days of finishing this course or you will need to retake it and begin again.
