FOR REALTORS® or BROKERS SEEKING MLS ACCESS

Please note that only the Principal REALTOR® or broker of a firm may apply for residential MLS membership.

Step 1: Complete your application, here.

Step 2: Pay the initiation fee, which is $1,000. The initiation fee is separate from quarterly MLS dues, which are $130 per quarter.

Step 3: Complete the Welcome to the MLS class

This class will give you the tools to search and input listings in the residential MLS system. All agents/assistants/appraisers are required to take this class before using the MLS. Please email MLS Support for your BIC-specific course link.

Step 4: Complete the SentriLock Class (if applicable)

If you will be using a lockbox, this class will teach you how to use the Sentrilock Lockbox system. The SentriKey app will allow agents to list and show property using the Sentrilock Lockbox System. Begin the course online here. Once complete, you'll be contacted by MLS staff to digitally sign the MLS Participant SentriLock Access Agreement and pay the $75 setup fee.
