Two Field Updates in Flexmls
Beginning October 6th, you'll see two minor field additions in Flexmls
Primary Structure Main Level Bedrooms
In the Residential and Rental property categories. Primary Structure Main Level Bedrooms will be a numerical entry field meant to share simply how many bedrooms total exist on the main level of the home.
The field will not be required, but is just an additional data point that may be available.
The bedroom count should include ONLY bedrooms that are in the Primary Structure. If the listing does contain Other Structures data, listing agents should not include those bedrooms in the count.
Furnished Option
In the Residential category, you'll see a new field allowing you to select whether furnishings are available. It will be listed with five possible selections:
Furnished
Negotiable
Partially
Unfurnished
Other
This will be helpful as an additional data point for some listings. It is not intended to apply to ALL CHS MLS listings. It will NOT be a required field, just an additional data point that is helpful for certain circumstances.
