Flexmls: New Listing Maintenance Module
On Tuesday, November 17th, FBS Data, the owner of the Flexmls platform, is rolling out a new way to enter and manage listings. While the basic workflow will feel familiar, the updated listing maintenance module is cleaner and simpler.
It also is built to streamline the UI experience between devices, so it will mimic the same flow on desktop and mobile, and utilize more conditional fields so you will only see relevant fields for you, based on certain yes/no entries.
It will be available on Flexmls desktop, mobile web browser, and the Flexmls Pro app (iOS and Android).

What is Changing?
The new listing maintenance module from FBS features a simple, straightforward listing input form that adapts as you go.
Mobile will have the same features as desktop, making it easy to create a listing from start to finish on your phone or tablet. Start a listing on any platform and seamlessly pick up where you left off.
Easily jump to different sections of the listing input form using the left-side navigation menu.
Currently, to add media to your listing, you must leave listing details and save your listing as incomplete to navigate to the media options.
In the New Listing Maintenance experience, Photos & Media are fully integrated directly into the Add/Edit listing wizard:
Upload Media at Any Stage: You can click straight into the Photos & Media section to upload, reorder, and caption photos, documents, virtual tours, and videos alongside listing data entry - without needing to manually save as incomplete or exit the form first.
Continuous Progress: Everything is saved seamlessly as you work, allowing you to complete the entire listing - from property details to photography - and publish in one smooth, uninterrupted flow.
The Publish button is now easier to find, so that you can finish the listing entry process faster and more easily.
Can I create a listing on the Flexmls mobile app?Can I create a listing on the Flexmls mobile app?
Yes! You will now be able to create a listing from start to finish on the mobile app. On iOS, click More in the bottom right > Add Listing. On Android, click your initials in the upper right > Incomplete Listings > Add Listing.
Will I still have access to my old listings?
Yes, any listing you created in the old listing module will still be available.
What if I’m having trouble finding a field?
The listing input form adapts as you go. So, a field might not display because the related field hasn’t been filled out yet. For example, Association Amenities fields will only display if you select “Yes” for Association.
Do I have to save my listing as incomplete to add photos?
Nope! You are able to add photos at any point during listing creation.
