UPDATE! We’ve rolled back this update to the CRS links within MLS. While the desktop site updates worked fine, there was a glitch in the app, causing users to login to CRS when clicking a CRS link. As soon as that issue is resolved, we will let you know and re-launch this update.
Beginning March 26th, you'll see a new series of integration points for CRS Tax Data within Flexmls. You'll have more one-click access points to hop over into the CRS tool and land where you need to be! Explore the new integrations below.
NEW LINKS ON THE PROPERTY DETAIL PAGE
When viewing a property in the Detail tab, you currently only see a "CRS Tax Data button" to view the property's tax info. With this new integration point, you'll see a new set of options across the top of the listing report: the CRS CMA Report, CRS Demographics Report, and the CRS Property Report. If the menu bar fills up (depending on your browser window size) these will be displayed when selecting the “More” dropdown option.
NEW LINKS ON THE FLEXMLS MAIN MENU
A set of menu item links directly into key CRS pages will be added into the Flexmls main menu under the Taxes column. Selecting any of these links will launch a new page and seamlessly log you into the CRS MLS Tax Suite and land on the correct page.
