Known Issue: 505 Error for some users

Our security vendor, Cotality (formerly known as Clareity Security), is experiencing an issue with the authentication process for the Flexmls Pro mobile app. A small group of CHS members may see a 505 Error code as seen here.


The Flexmls Pro mobile app is unrelated to this issue, and is provided by FBS Data, the maker of our Flexmls MLS platform.


Cotality is looking into the 505 authentication error, and will keep us updated. They apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


We'll be posting information on the MLS Launchpad and here as we are made aware of any updates.


In the meantime, you may try these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Reboot your mobile device

  2. Clear your browser history

  3. Force close the app and browser, and try again
