iOS Flexmls Pro App Improvements: Find What You Need Faster

FBS Data is making updates to the Flexmls iOS app to help you find information faster and work more efficiently on the go. Beginning August 4th, you’ll see a redesigned listing detail page, a new Stats View with market information based on your current search criteria, and an improved action bar that makes it easier to share and save listings, open third-party apps, and complete common tasks with fewer taps.

This change allows iOS app users to more quickly find and access the listing information they want, while increasing consistency across mobile and desktop experiences.

Updated Listing Detail Page

The listing detail page now features a menu bar at the top, allowing users to easily scroll through and tap on each section they’re interested in. With the new menu bar, you can quickly jump to the section you want and find what you’re looking for fast.

Sharing documents? You can now select multiple documents to share at one time.

Easily Find the Field You’re Looking For

The listing detail page now features a search tool, so you can search directly on the page to find the information you need. Tap the magnifying glass to easily search for a specific field or field data.

Quickly Take Your Next Step

The actions you can take from this action bar are updated, giving you one consistent place that makes it easier and more convenient to take the next step on a specific listing. With the blue action bar, you can: quickly copy a listing URL, share and recommend a listing, search comps, view showing info, report an error, take action with a third-party application, and more.

Become the Market Expert On the Go

The Stats tab, previously only available on desktop, is now available for you on mobile too. The Stats View on the app allows you to find statistical data for all the listings in your current search. For any search, you can easily access average, median, low, and high values for key indicators like price, size, and time on market.
