Many apps limit functionality by a wide margin, allowing only a few crucial tasks. However, the FlexMLS Pro app has extensive (and growing) functionality. On the go, you’ll have access to handy features such as “Listings Near Me” on a map (including searching by location and current location to find listings based on where you are), saved searches (with the ability to access saved searches and view saved searches and listings), contacts (with the ability to identify contacts who are actively engaging with listings and managing contact information and communication), subscriptions (including client subscriptions for personalized alerts), portals (with the ability to invite clients or contacts to the portal), search templates, messaging (including direct message features for agent-client communication and sharing listings, updates, and information via text message directly with clients), party applications for third-party integrations, schedule open house events and appointments, and access Hot Sheet reports. You’ll also have MLS features and information at your fingertips for maximum convenience.

Even more impressive, you can perform listing management from the Flexmls Pro app! This includes scheduling and promoting open house events, uploading and managing photos, editing listing media, maintaining listings (updating status, price, and photos), changing the status of listings, editing price directly from the app, accessing incomplete listings, removing incomplete listings, and having full power to manage listings and data. You can also set status, price, and preferences to organize your listings efficiently.

Attention Dual Users!

If you are a residential and commercial user, you’ll use the same app to login, titled FlexMLS Pro. While the app platform is the same, each database is separate. The Flexmls desktop platform offers comprehensive features and seamless integration with the mobile app, allowing you to manage your business efficiently from any device. This integration provides a seamless experience across platforms, ensuring smooth navigation and reliable performance.

iOS users: don't worry - you can easily toggle between both accounts! Watch the video below.

On your first app login, simply log out and then log back in with your other credentials.

Once you do this, the app will register both and you’ll see a new option under your “More” to “login as” your other account.

Find the logout option in the MORE tab of the app menu (bottom right corner) and choose log out as seen in the image below.

Remember that each database coordinates with specific credentials. For example, scc.12345 for commercial or chs.12345 for residential.

Within the app, you can add and manage new contacts, invite new contacts to the portal, and identify contacts who are actively viewing listings. The app supports your real estate business activities by enabling you to search listings (including by address and using criteria to refine property searches and filter by other criteria), update statuses, and communicate with clients efficiently.
