CHS MLS x CubiCasa

CHS Regional MLS is excited to announce a partnership with CubiCasa that will allow members access to receive free floor plans! CubiCasa is a revolutionary mobile app that produces detailed and attractive floor plans from a simple five-minute scan of a home. Access will launch on October 15th. 

The app requires little training and no extra equipment; it will work with almost any smartphone or tablet you already own. Because it’s so easy to use, it can be used widely by agents, appraisers, real estate photographers, and more.

Consumers consistently rank floor plans as their most desired listing content after standard photos and property data. Floor plans help home buyers really understand how a home will fit their needs at a glance, like no other digital asset.

Through our partnership with CubiCasa, you may:

• Receive free floor plans, with room dimensions up to 5,000 sq ft of scanned area.

• Receive a 25% discount on all Plus packages and optional add-ons such as appraisal grade GLA floorplan, 6-hour rush orders, and a suite of 3D products.

HOW TO ACCESS BEGINNING 10/15

On October 15th, you’ll see the CubiCasa icon populate on your MLS Launchpad, ready for you to dive in. 

If you do NOT already have a CubiCasa account, follow the steps below to access:

1. Login To MLS at CHSMLS.com 

2. From your MLS Launchpad, click the CubiCasa icon

3. Follow the prompts to complete your account. You MUST enter “AGENT” to receive the proper account and discount.

4. Affiliate that account with CHS Regional MLS using a simple dropdown menu.

If you already have a CubiCasa account, you can affiliate it to CHS Regional MLS in your CubiCasa Profile settings. Follow the steps below to update your existing account:

1. Log in to your account from the website

2. Click on the Settings button on the left side of your screen

3. Click on Company

4. Click on the MLS Membership tab on the top menu option

5. Enter your MLS membership information and select "Verify the account" when you are done to save
