We’ve partnered with Zillow to make it easier than ever to showcase your rental listings. CHS MLS now offers a direct MLS data feed to have active, residential rental listings automatically displayed on Zillow—at no cost to you!
This is a brokerage-level feed that only the MLS Participant (BIC) can change. Once your brokerage is opted in, the process is completely automated. Every active rental listing entered into the CHS MLS database by associated licensees will automatically syndicate to Zillow going forward—no duplicate data entry, no manual uploads, and no additional fees. Simply list your residential rental property in the MLS as you normally would, and our system handles the rest. Your listings will appear on Zillow with accurate, up-to-date information pulled directly from our MLS database, providing consistency across platforms.
This streamlined solution is designed to save you time while expanding your reach, allowing you to focus on what matters most: connecting property owners with quality tenants.
How to Opt InÂ
You must be the MLS Participant (BIC) for your brokerage in order to opt in to a data feed. If you are not the MLS Participant, you will not see this option on your MLS Launchpad.Â
If you are the MLS Participant, complete the steps below to opt-in:
Login to MLS via CHSMLS.com
From your MLS Launchpad, click the Bridge Interactive listing syndication icon
Click Create a New Agreement
Click Zillow Rentals and follow the prompts to opt-in
Once you’ve completed the Zillow Rentals agreement, the system will begin to filter over your rental listings, but you may need to allow 24hrs for full transfer.
Important Information for Current Zillow Rentals Subscribers
If you currently pay for Zillow Rentals and would like to switch to the free CHS MLS data feed, you'll need to manually cancel your paid service through your Zillow Rentals account. Zillow will not automatically cancel existing paid subscriptions when you join the MLS feed.
However, if you prefer to maintain your current Zillow Rentals subscription to access their premium features, you may certainly keep your Zillow agreement in place.
