CHS Regional MLS is excited to announce that on Tuesday, November 4th, we will transition to a new single sign-on (SSO) dashboard called Launch, provided by FBS Data.
CHS MLS staff and leadership have closely monitored recent login errors, redirects, and multiple authentication prompts when accessing the Flexmls Pro app. This transition will resolve these challenges and provide you with a smoother experience.
Because we will be utilizing the same provider (FBS Data) both for our MLS platform (Flexmls and the Pro app) and our authentication process (Launch SSO), your login to the Flexmls Pro mobile app will be seamless!
Aside from the new seamless app login, your new MLS Launchpad will otherwise function very similarly to your current Launchpad. With one login, you’ll have access to all of your MLS tools.
IMPORTANT PREPARATION STEPS
SAVE THE DATE | Mark Tuesday, November 4th, on your calendar! This will be a busy morning as we work between two vendors to make the switch. There may be minor downtime in the morning and, you’ll need to perform a password reset.
CHECK YOUR MLS PROFILE | Ensure that your email address is correct in your MLS Profile so that you don’t miss vital communications for access that day.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4TH?
In the morning of Tuesday, November 4th, we will work with the FBS Data team (the providers of Flexmls and our new launchpad) to begin the cutover.
IMPORTANT NOTES FOR 11/4:
Once the cutover work is complete (likely 9am), you will receive an email directly from FBS with a unique link to change your password and access the new MLS Launchpad.
If you have trouble finding/using the link, you can also just choose “Forgot Password” after entering your user name on the login screen.
While they would be brief, delays in access the morning of 11/4 are possible. Please plan accordingly.
Use only CHSMLS.com to navigate to the login screen. This login link will be the most up-to-date access. Delete any old MLS login bookmarks.
You'll also see two new integration points for CRS Tax Data, as the authenticator change allows us to make other, smaller upgrades. CRS will have its own Taxes section in the main Flexmls Menu. And, you'll see new CRS direct links on a property Detail view.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Will this change relieve the repeated prompts to login when clicking into ShowingTime from the Flexmls Pro app?
Yes! With FBS Data taking over as our authentication provider, you will no longer have to login multiple times during one session, or have to go to your mobile device browser to login. Keep in mind, if you logout OR force close your Flexmls Pro app, you would have to login again, because you manually “exited” your session.
Can I use my device biometrics (i.e. FaceID) to login?
Yes! If your mobile phone supports FaceID, you will be able to login to the Flexmls Pro app with your FaceID functionality.
Is there any change in my MLS quarterly fees due to this change?
No! The change to the FBS Data Launch SSO platform will not change CHS MLS quarterly fees.
When logging into the Flexmls Pro app, will I still be sent over to my device browser to authenticate?
No! With FBS Data taking over as our authentication provider, the login will happen quickly and easily directly via the Flexmls Pro app (created by FBS Data).
What if I can’t login?
On Tuesday, November 4th, you must reset your MLS password via the link that will be emailed to you by FBS Data. If you have trouble doing this, please contact the MLS Support team at Support@CHSMLS.com or 843-760-9410.
What if I did not get the password reset link via email from FBS Data?
It could be in spam. If it is not, you can navigate to CHSMLS.com to login. Enter your user ID, and instead of entering your password, click the FORGOT PASSWORD link. This will effectively initiate the new password change.
What are the minimum password requirements?
You must meet minimum password requirements for security purposes: 8 characters, at least one number and at least one special character.
Do I still have to use the “chs.” prefix with my user ID?
Yes! Your user name will not change. You will still enter the “chs.” prefix followed by your MLS ID number, as usual.
What if I can’t load the new login screen, or see a page error message?
Clear your browser cookies to remove old information that is stored for faster loading. Once you clear cookies, the new page will be able to load fresh, and you should be fine from there.
If I am a dual user, with SCCMLS access as well, can I switch between my FBS Data Launchpads?
While this is not a possibility right now, FBS Data would love to provide this functionality and will keep us posted on future releases.
Can I rearrange the tiles on my new MLS Launchpad?
Yes! Click the “Reorder Links” option on the right side of the screen, just above the last row of tiles.
How do I change my password if I am already logged into our new MLS Launchpad?
If you are logged in AND you know your current password, you can change it in your settings. In Flexmls, navigate to Preferences > My Profile and click Security. In the Security page, click Change Password. Enter your existing password in the Current Password field. Retype your password in the Confirm New Password field, and click Update Password.
Help! I forgot my password to login to MLS. How do I reset it?
To reset your password, navigate to CHSMLS.com to login, and enter your user name. Once you get to the next screen, under the password field you’ll see the “Forgot Password” link. Click that and you’ll be sent a reset link to the email that is in your Flexmls profile. If you do not receive it, or think that your email on file may be incorrect, please contact MLS Support to get the email corrected at Support@CHSMLS.com or 843-760-9410.
