Important Vendor Update


CHS Regional MLS uses a Single-Sign-On (SSO) dashboard that allows you to access all of your MLS tools with only one login, currently provided by Clareity Security.


The Flexmls Pro app is designed to retain this SSO technology, so that when you click out to CRS Data or ShowingTime, for example, you do not have to login again.


Changes that our SSO provider, Clareity Security, has made in recent months has caused issues with that workflow, and many users are being prompted to login again when visiting ancillary products from the Flexmls Pro app. We understand the importance of a seamless SSO experience, and have been evaluating all options to find a resolution.


Beginning July 1, additional changes from Clareity Security will result in a redirect when logging into the Flexmls Pro app as shown below. However, once this authentication happens, if you click through to CRS Data, ShowingTime, etc, from the Flexmls Pro app, you will NOT be prompted to login again.

We will continue to actively investigate all possible resolutions to find a better SSO experience. In the meantime, if you save your Flexmls credentials to your mobile browser, it will expedite the app login process.



Clareity Security will also require that a user implement multi-factor authentication (MFA) ONLY IF a user meets one of the criteria listed below.

  1. new or returning users

  2. user has a change to email or phone number

  3. user has multiple failed logins and the "attack lock" is triggered

  4. user sets a new password


Enabling MFA is easy and is only an additional point of verification so that your account and MLS data is secure. Including a valid email address and/or mobile number in your MLS profile will make implementing MFA much easier, should you ever get prompted.
