The MLS Board of Directors has voted to change the descriptions for 5 MLS Areas.
September 22, you'll see an update to the MLS Area names as listed below, to add clarity and respond to the growth in our region.
The MLS Area boundary lines will NOT change.
If you are unable to see the image above, the description updates are as follows:
Area 13, "Rural West Ashley" will become "West of the Ashley beyond Rantowles Creek"
Area 32, "North Charleston/Summerville Outside I-526" will become "N.Charleston, Summerville, Ladson, Outside I-526"
Area 64, "St. George/Harleyville/Reevesville" will become "St.George, Harleyville, Reevesville, Dorchester"
Area 74, "Jedburg Rd-Black Tom-Hwy 17A-Col Pk" will become "Summerville, Ladson, Berkeley Cty"
Area 75, "Cross/St. Stephens/Bonneau" will become "Cross, St.Stephen, Bonneau, Rural Berkeley Cty"
